Experience built by running businesses
Throughout my career, I’ve held country and regional responsibilities, leading businesses of up to USD 2 billion and organizations of up to 350 people.
My international career has taken me to live and work in Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Japan. I’ve held simultaneous strategic responsibility for Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia.
I’ve led through periods of growth and through crisis and transformation: the pandemic in Colombia, macroeconomic and political volatility in Argentina, and the recent, unprecedented disruption of the automotive industry in South America.
I’ve had to connect strategy with execution; results with culture; local decisions with regional and global structures; and different market realities with shared goals.
That experience allows me to join a strategic conversation with an understanding of both what should happen and the complexity of making it happen.
