Real experiences that make you think.

Throughout my career, communicating ideas, sharing experiences, and connecting with very different audiences have been essential parts of my work.

From conversations with small groups to large gatherings, I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of making complex ideas clear, connecting them with real experiences, and prompting reflection that continues after the conversation ends.

Today, I bring part of that experience to talks built around subjects I know firsthand because I’ve lived them.

This is Keynote
Speaking

Talks that combine personal experiences, knowledge of the business world, and my own perspective on the challenges of leadership and business.

Each talk is built around a clear message, with authentic stories, relevant content, and a narrative designed to connect with the audience.

Leadership when the ground shifts

From an earthquake in Japan to the decisions we make when certainty disappears.

On March 11, 2011, I was on the seventh floor of Toyota’s offices in Tokyo when the most powerful earthquake ever recorded in Japan began.

For approximately six minutes, the ground shook with a magnitude of 9.1. Outside, the country would go on to face a devastating tsunami and one of the greatest crises in its recent history.

That day, I lived through a terrifying experience. Over time, I realized it could also be a metaphor.

Because throughout a professional—and personal—life, there are moments when the ground shifts too: a crisis, a loss, an unexpected departure, a change of direction, or a decision that nothing seems to have prepared us for.

This talk connects that experience in Japan with other “earthquakes and tsunamis” I’ve lived through in my life and career, and with the lessons they left about leadership, vulnerability, perspective, and decision-making when certainty disappears.

It isn’t a talk about earthquakes.

It’s a conversation about what we do when the ground no longer feels steady.

An industry in
motion

The forces rewriting the future of the automobile and mobility.

After nearly three decades in the automotive industry, I’ve rarely seen so many forces transforming it at once.

China and the United States. Geopolitics and tariffs. Energy and critical minerals. New players and new business models. Electrification. Connectivity. Data. Artificial intelligence.

Changes unfolding globally, with consequences that shape the decisions manufacturers, distributors, dealers, financial institutions, mobility companies, and customers make every day around the world.

This talk connects those major forces with a perspective shaped by working within the industry, across different markets, brands, and periods of transformation.

It doesn’t aim to predict the future.

It aims to understand what’s changing so we can make better decisions about what comes next.

Experience with a range of audiences

For years, communication has been an essential part of my work as an executive.

Internal presentations, leadership meetings, dealer conventions, client gatherings, business forums, media conversations, and industry events have been natural settings throughout my career.

That experience has taught me to adapt the message to each audience, connect experiences with ideas, and spark conversations that carry beyond the stage.

A talk should leave something behind.

A question. An idea. A story someone remembers. A conversation that continues.

That’s what I aim for when I step onto a stage.
